- Establish an account in Constant Contact (you pay any monthly account fees)
- Create up to 2 branded templates (announcement and newsletter format)
- Create a "Join Our Email List" capture button that can be added to social media sites and your website
- Create welcome letters (you provide content)
- Create an archive page to post on your website
Then you take it from there with adding content and sending out your e-news.
Enewsletter Distribution
There are 2 options for this package – monthly $245 or bi-monthly $325
- Send us your content, or we will bug you
- Format content and add images and links (you provide content)
- Up to 2 sets of proofs & edits per e-news
- Test Enewsletters in popular browsers
- Upload your mailing lists and schedule for distribution
- Provide post-distribution stats report
- Post to social media sites
Add-ons
- For an additional fee, we can proofread, edit, or write your e-newsletters!
- Create multiple auto-responders and “special offers”
- Show you how to export your mailing list for upload contacts to database
- List transfer and clean-up of an existing account
